Scope
This standard specifies Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni, and enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0157: Real-time PCR detection method for H7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio vulnificus, and Vibrio alginolyticus. This standard applies to Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni, and enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0157: Rapid detection of H7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio vulnificus, and Vibrio alginolyticus.
