Scope
This standard specifies the use of ordinary PCR technology for the rapid detection of Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni, and enterohemorrhagic coli in food. Methods for Escherichia 0157:H7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio vulnificus; detection of Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes and Campylobacter jejuni in food using BAX fully automatic pathogenic bacteria PCR detection system bacteria, enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0157:H7 and Enterobacter sakazakii. This standard applies to Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni, and enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0157: Testing of H7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio vulnificus.
