This part of SC/T 7203 specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result determination of the histopathological diagnostic method for shrimp hepatopancreatic parvovirus disease. This section applies to the histopathological evaluation of confirmed or unknown disease samples of shrimp infected with Hepatopancretic Parvovirus (HPV). It is not suitable for virus detection on specimens carrying non-infectious viruses.
