- This part of SC/T 7202 specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result determination of the histopathological diagnostic method for baculovirus disease in Penaeus monodon. This section applies to the histopathological evaluation of samples with confirmed or unknown disease in shrimps infected with MBV. It is not suitable for virus detection on specimens carrying non-infectious viruses.
