- This standard specifies the oil and gas emission limits, control technical requirements and testing methods during the process of storing, sending and receiving gasoline in oil depots. This standard applies to the management of gasoline and gas emissions from existing oil storage depots, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance, and gasoline and gas emissions management of new, rebuilt and expanded projects of oil storage depots.
