- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation, marking and quality certificates for microcarbon ferromanganese. This standard is applicable to micro-carbon ferromanganese produced by electrosilicothermal method, which can be used as manganese additive in smelting low-carbon and low-phosphorus steels.
