Scope: This standard specifies the emission limits and measurement methods of exhaust pollutants of two-wheeled or three-wheeled motorcycles, the emission requirements of crankcase pollutants, and the durability requirements of pollution control devices. This standard specifies the requirements for type approval of two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles at stage III, production consistency inspection and judgment methods. This standard is applicable to two-wheeled or three-wheeled motorcycles equipped with spark-ignition engines with curb weight not greater than 400kg, engine displacement greater than 50ml or maximum design speed greater than 50km/h.
