Scope

Except as provided below, this Chapter of Part One applies. 1.1 Addition: This section is applicable to grinders, polishers and disc sanders whose rated rotational speed is not greater than the linear speed of the attachment under the rated capacity of 80m/s, including angular, vertical and vertical. This section applies to tools with a rated capacity not greater than 230mm. This section does not apply to random oscillating polishing machines and random oscillating sanders. These products are included in GB 3883.4.
