Scope

In addition to the following provisions, this chapter of Part 1 applies: 1.1 Addition: This Part applies to pruning shears for pruning hedges and shrubs with one or more linear reciprocating cutting blades operated by a single person. This section does not apply to pruning shears with rotating blades.
