- This standard specifies safety guidelines for the decommissioning design of nuclear fuel reprocessing plants. This standard applies to the decommissioning design of normally closed nuclear fuel reprocessing plants. The decommissioning design of abnormally closed reprocessing plants and radioactive waste treatment facilities can also be used as a reference.
