This standard applies to the working conditions, technical parameters, performance requirements and test methods of adapters (hereinafter referred to as adapters) for converting different bus protocols for low-voltage electrical data communication. The DeviceNet-Modbus adapter is used to connect low-voltage equipment with a Modbus interface to the DeviceNet bus. It connects downwards to devices such as circuit breakers through the Modbus protocol and RS485 serial interface, and upwards to the DevceNet bus through the DeviceNet interface. Through reasonable arrangement of device data and protocol conversion, the data collected by common devices with Modbus interface can be transmitted to the DeviceNet master station, and the commands of the DeviceNet master station can be transmitted to the device, thereby meeting the basic requirements of the DeviceNet network.
