Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method for phenylethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, octopamine, tyramine and spermidine in fish and shrimp. This standard applies to the determination of phenylethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, octopamine, amide and spermidine in fish and shrimp. The method detection limit of this standard: Putrescine, spermidine, cadaverine, histamine, tyramine, octopamine, phenylethylamine are all 50mg/kg.
