- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of zearalenol, carmichalanlone, diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol, and dienestrol in liver, kidney and muscle tissue of bovines and pigs. This standard is applicable to the determination of zearalenol, carmichalanone, diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and dienestrol in liver, kidney and muscle tissue of bovines and pigs. The method detection limit of this standard: 0.5 μg/kg for zearalenol, carmichaeranone and diethylstilbestrol in liver, kidney and muscle tissue of bovine and pig, 1.0 μg/kg for hexestrol and diethylstilbestrol kg.
