Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method for oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline residues in beef, mutton, pork, chicken and rabbit meat. This standard applies to the determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, aureomycin and doxycycline residues in beef, mutton, pork, chicken and rabbit meat. The method detection limit of this standard: oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline, doxycycline are all 0.005mg/kg.
