Scope
This standard specifies the content of acepromazine, chlorpromazine, haloperidol, propionyldimethylaminoprophenothiazine, xylazine, azaperone and its metabolites azaperidol and β - Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of the residual amount of blocker carprolol. This standard applies to the determination of residues of acepromazine, chlorpromazine, haloperidol, propionyldimethylaminoprophenothiazine, xylazine, azaperone, and carbazolol in pig kidney and muscle tissue. The method detection limit of this standard: in pig kidney and muscle tissue, acepromazine, chlorpromazine, propionyl dimethylaminoprothiozine, carbazoolol are all: 0.5μg/kg, xylazine is 0.25μg/kg kg, azaperone is 0.2/kg, azaperone is 0.15ug/kg, and haloperidol is 0.1μg/kg.
