Scope: This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of testosterone, epitestosterone and progesterone residues in bovine liver and beef. This standard applies to the determination of testosterone, epitestosterone and progesterone residues in bovine liver and beef. The method detection limit of this standard: Testosterone, epitestosterone and progesterone in liver are 0.5 μg/kg, testosterone and epitestosterone in muscle are 0.1 μg/kg, and progesterone is 0.5 μg/kg.
