- This part specifies the metabolites 4-formylaminoantipyrine (4-formylaminoantipyrine), 4-methylaminoantipyrine (4-methylaminoantipyrine) and 4-aminoantipyrine in bovine and porcine muscle (4-aminoantipyrine) by liquid chromatography. This section applies to the determination of 4-formylaminoantipyrine, 4-methylaminoantipyrine and 4-methylaminoantipyrine residues in bovine and porcine muscle. The method detection limit of this part: 4-formylaminoantipyrine is 12.5μg/kg, 4-methylaminoantipyrine is 15.0μg/kg, 4-methylaminoantipyrine is 20.0μg /kg.
