Scope: This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of metronidazole, ronidazole and dimetidazole residues in honey. This standard applies to the determination of metronidazole, ronidazole and dimetridazole residues in honey. The method detection limit of this standard: the detection limit of metronidazole is 0.1 μg/kg, and the detection limit of ronidazole and dimetridazole is 0.2 μg/kg.
