This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, analysis methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of glucoamylase preparations for food processing. This standard is applicable to the identified glucoamylase preparations of Aspergillus niger (A.niger) and its variant strains, which are submerged cultured, purified and refined, and specially used in food processing and production.
