- This standard specifies the method for the determination of trace copper ions in salt products by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. This standard applies to the determination of trace copper ions in edible salt, industrial salt, low-sodium salt, fortified nutrient salt, casing salt, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate and sodium sulfate. The detection range of this method is: 0.02mg/kg～2.0mg/kg; The detection limit is: 0.02mg/kg.
