Scope
1.1 This part of GB/T 6379 provides the basic method for estimating the bias of the measurement method and laboratory bias when applying a measurement method. 1.2 The measurement method involved specifically refers to the measurement method that measures continuous quantities and takes only one measurement value as the test result each time, although this value may be the calculation result of a group of observation values. 1.3 In order for the measurements to be carried out under the same conditions, it is important to standardize the measurement methods, and all measurements are performed according to standard methods. 1.4 The bias value is a quantitative estimate of the ability of a measurement method to give the correct (true) value. When the test results and the bias value of the measurement method are reported by a measurement method, it means that the measurement is performed on the same characteristic by the exact same method. 1.5 This part of GB/T 6379 is only applicable to situations where the accepted reference value can be used as the agreed true value. For example, based on measurement standards and/or suitable standard materials (reference materials/standard materials), and/or based on reference measurement methods or preparation of a known sample. A reference material may be: a) a certified reference material; b) a material (substance/material) produced for the purpose of testing a known property; or c) whose property is measured by another method of measurement with known biases that are negligible materials. 1.6 This part of GB/T 6379 only considers the situation of bias estimation at a certain level at a certain time, it does not apply to the situation where the measurement of one characteristic will be affected by the level of another characteristic (that is, without considering the interaction Influence). The comparison of the accuracy of the two measurement methods is considered in GB/T 6379.6.
