Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of carbon rods for batteries (hereinafter referred to as "carbon rods"). This standard applies to the production, testing and acceptance of carbon rods for batteries.
