Scope
This standard specifies the general types, parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. of CJX series AC contactors. This standard applies to CJX series AC contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors). The contactor is mainly used in circuits with AC 5OHZ, the main contact has a rated operating voltage of 1000V, and a rated operating current of 630A when the rated operating voltage is 380V under the ACJ use category. It is used for making and breaking circuits over long distances, and is suitable for Frequently control AC motors, and can also be combined with appropriate thermal overload relays to form an electromagnetic starter to protect circuits that may suffer from operating overload and phase failure. This standard applies to the following basic varieties and specifications of AC contactors: a) CJXl series AC contactor; b) CJX2 series AC contactor; c) CJX3 series AC contactor; d) CJX4 series AC contactor; e) CJX5 series AC contactor Contactor; f) CJX8 series AC contactor. For other specifications of the above series, the manufacturer can formulate corporate standards that meet the general requirements of this standard. For the basic requirements for combined electrical appliances composed of contactors and functional modules (functional electrical appliances) and interlocking contactors composed of two contactors, see Appendix A. Contactors with an AC rated voltage of 1140V can refer to this standard.
