Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rotary dryers for the cement industry. This standard is applicable to rotary dryers in the cement industry for drying clay, slag, limestone, raw coal and other materials. It is also applicable to rotary dryers for drying similar materials in other industries.
