Scope

This part of SN/T 1751 specifies the sample preparation, storage and microbial inhibition test methods for the detection of quinolone residues in foods of animal origin. This section is applicable to the screening and detection of quinolone drug residues in meat, eggs, fish and shrimp. Positive results must be confirmed by other methods.
