- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and order form content of ruthenium-based thick film resistor paste. This standard applies to ruthenium-based thick film resistor paste for thick film hybrid integrated circuits and resistor networks (hereinafter referred to as ruthenium resistor paste).
