Scope

This part specifies the flight test requirements for UAV structural strength inspection and load verification, and the principles to be followed in order to meet these requirements. This section applies to unmanned aerial vehicles with fixed wings and adjustable fixed wings; it also applies to newly developed, improved, modified or repurposed unmanned aerial vehicles. This section does not apply to micro UAVs and UCAVs.
