SH/T 0759-2005 Test method for evaluation of automotive engine oils for inhibition of deposit formation and wear (Sequence- ⅤE method) (English Version)
This standard specifies methods for evaluating the tendency and wear resistance of internal combustion engine oils to form deposits such as sludge and varnish. This standard is suitable for evaluating the low-temperature sludge and anti-wear properties of gasoline engine oils (such as SG, SH, GF-1, SJ/GF-2). This standard covers certain hazardous materials, operations and equipment, but is not intended to make recommendations on all safety issues related thereto. Therefore, users should establish appropriate safety and protection measures and determine the applicable management system before using this standard.
