- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the mining sleeve cracked rock mass in-situ stress tester (hereinafter referred to as the tester). This standard applies to the design and manufacture of in-situ stress devices using sleeves to crack rock mass underground in coal mines.
