This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of fish oil microcapsule products. This standard applies to microcapsule products rich in polyene fatty acids such as EPA and DHA, which are processed using fish oil as the main raw material and modified starch as the encapsulation material.
