Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labelling, packaging, transportation and storage of frozen freshwater fish fillet products. This standard applies to freshwater fish such as tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), dace (Cirrhina molitorella), grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus), black carp (Mylopharyngodom piceus), silver carp (Hypohthalmichthys molityix), bighead carp (Prechromis niloticus), etc. , frozen freshwater fish fillets processed by filleting and quick-frozen processing, and frozen fish fillets made from other freshwater fishes can refer to the implementation.
