This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluation values of energy conservation, test methods and inspection rules for metal halide lamps. This standard applies to scandium-sodium series single-rule metal halide lamps (hereinafter referred to as metal halide lamps) with a power of 175W ~ 1500W transparent glass envelope. Metal halide lamps conforming to this standard, when using ballasts conforming to QB/T 2511, can start and ignite normally within the range of 92% to 106% of the rated voltage.
