- Scope
- This part of GB/T 19934 specifies the method for fatigue testing of metal pressure-bearing shells of hydraulic transmission components under continuous and stable periodic internal pressure loads. This standard applies only to pressure-bearing housings of hydraulic components under the following conditions: - made of metal; - operating at a temperature that does not cause creep and low-temperature embrittlement; - only withstand stress caused by pressure; - not There is a reduction in strength due to corrosion or other chemical action; — may include gaskets, seals and other non-metallic elements. However, these are not considered part of the pressure shell under test (see Note 3 to 5.5). This section does not apply to pipelines defined in GB/T 3766 (for example: pipe joints, hoses, hard pipes). For fatigue test methods of piping components, see ISO 8434-5, ISO 6803 and GB/T 7939. This part specifies general test methods applicable to most hydraulic components, while additional requirements and more specific methods for specific components are included in the appendix of this part or other standards.
