This part of GB/T 19934 specifies the method for performing fatigue tests on metal pressure-bearing shells of hydraulic components under continuous, stable and cyclical internal pressure loads. This standard applies only to pressure-bearing housings of hydraulic components made of metal, operating at temperatures that do not cause creep and low-temperature embrittlement, and are only subject to stresses caused by pressure, without strength reduction due to corrosion or other chemical effects. The pressure housing may include gaskets, seals and other non-metallic parts, but these parts are not part of the pressure housing of the hydraulic component under test in the test (see 5.7). This section does not apply to piping components specified in ISO4413 (such as pipe joints, hoses, hard pipes, etc.). See ISO6803 and ISO6605 for fatigue test methods of piping components. This part also specifies the general test methods applicable to hydraulic components. For the additional requirements and specific methods of various components, see the appendix of this part or other standards. The test pressure shall be determined by the user, see ISO/TR10771 2 for the evaluation method.
