- This standard specifies various conditions to be considered in verifying the stability of mobile cranes by calculation, assuming that the crane is operating on a solid, level ground (slope not greater than 1%). This standard applies to mobile cranes as defined in ISO 4306-2, ie cranes mounted on wheels (tyres) or crawlers, with or without outriggers.
