- This part specifies the technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for storage, transportation and delivery of horizontal-axis wind turbines with the swept area of the wind rotor equal to or greater than 40m2. This section applies to horizontal axis wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as the unit).
