Scope: This standard is the ninth part of the series of standards "Guidelines for Equipment Maintainability", which gives some techniques used in the quantification of maintainability engineering in each stage of the system life cycle. This standard applies to the maintainability assignment, maintainability verification and maintainability data evaluation described in the fifth, sixth and seventh parts of the equipment maintainability guidelines GB/T 9414.4, GB/T 9414.5 and GB/T 9414.6. The mathematical methods and steps for completing these tasks are given in Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C respectively. This standard is a supplement to existing statistics textbooks, dedicated to maintainability.
