Scope

This standard specifies the reagents, materials, operating procedures and result judgments used in the agar diffusion test. This standard applies to the monitoring of precipitated antibodies after SPF chickens are infected with the following viruses: Avian Influenza Virus Type A, Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Infectious Bursal Disease Virus ), Infectious Laryngotracbeitis Virus, Fowl PoxVirus, Marek's Disease Virus, Avian Encephalomyelitis Virus, Reticuloendotheliosis Virus ( Reticuloendotheliosis Virus), Avian Reovirus, Avian Adenovirus Group I, Pasteurella multocida.
