Scope

This part of GB/T 17999 specifies the technical requirements for ELISA. This part of the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is applicable to the serum antibody detection of the following pathogenic microorganisms in SPF chickens: Avian Influeza Virus, Newcastle Disease Virus, Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Infectious Bursal Disease Virus, Reticuloendotheliosis Virus ), Chicken Infectious Anaemia Virus, Avian Reovirus, Avian Encephalomyelitis Virus, Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus), avian adenovirus group III (EDS) (Avian Adenovirus Group III), lymphocytic leukemia virus (Lymphoid Leukosis Virus). This part of the double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is suitable for the detection of lymphocytic leukemia virus P27 antigen in SPF chickens.
