Scope

This standard stipulates the variety specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, supply methods, packaging and signs of iron-copper-nickel thermocouple wires. This standard applies to the manufacture of industrial iron-copper-nickel (constantan) thermocouple (J-type thermocouple) alloy wire (hereinafter referred to as the wire).
