Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and inspection methods for irradiated fresh fruits and vegetables. This standard applies to gamma rays or X-rays with energy lower than 5 MeV or X-rays with energy lower than 10MeV electron beam irradiation treatment of fresh fruits and vegetables.
