- This standard stipulates the site selection requirements, engineering design requirements, landfill entry requirements, landfill operation requirements, landfill closure requirements, pollutant discharge limits, and environmental monitoring requirements for domestic waste landfills from the perspective of environmental protection. This standard applies to landfill disposal sites for domestic waste; it does not apply to disposal sites for industrial solid waste and hazardous substances.
