- This standard stipulates the maximum permissible sulfur dioxide emission, soot emission concentration and smoke blackness of thermal power plants by year, and specifies the maximum permissible emission concentration of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from thermal power plants in the third period. This standard is applicable to the emission management of thermal power plant boilers with a single output of 65t/h or more except for layer-fired furnaces and coal thrower furnaces, and thermal power plant thermal power plants with a single output of 65t/h or less. Project environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and emission management after completion.
