Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of residual styrene monomer in cured unsaturated polyester resin and its reinforced plastics by gas chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of residual styrene monomer content in unsaturated polyester resin castings and unsaturated polyester resin reinforced plastics.
