Scope
This document describes the general principles of multiaxial fatigue testing and establishes design criteria for specific categories of multiaxial fatigue testing specimens. This document applies to multiaxial tension-torsion fatigue tests, axial tension (compression) torsional fatigue tests under internal and external pressure, and biaxial tension or compression fatigue tests.
