Scope

This part of GB/T20818 stipulates: The common data dictionary (CDD) collects the characteristics description of various automatic valves, including control valves, automatic on/off valves and process regulators; Generic structure for List of Operational Properties (OLOP) and List of Device Properties (DLOP). The general structure of OLOP and DLOP contains the most important blocks for the final control element. Relevant blocks for specific device types are described in other parts of the IEC61987 series of standards. Similarly, device properties are not covered in this section. For example, the OLOP and DLOP of globe valves and quarter-turn valves are specified in IEC61987-22.
