- This standard provides systematic guidance and suggestions for papermaking enterprises to establish, implement, maintain and improve their energy management systems, including management responsibilities, energy policies, planning, implementation and operation, inspection and management review, etc. This standard applies to pulp and paper enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises") to establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve energy management systems.
