Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption limit per unit product of the main pulp, machine-made paper and cardboard production systems. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption per unit product of the main production systems of pulp, machine-made paper and cardboard with plant fiber as the main raw material, as well as the energy consumption control of new and expanded enterprises (devices). This standard applies to the pulp and paper products listed in Appendix A.
