- Scope
- This standard specifies the allowable deviation of the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pressure processed products (plates, strips, foils, tubes, rods, wires, forging blanks and profiles). This standard applies to the retest analysis of the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pressure processed products. This standard does not apply to the analysis of products delivered by the manufacturer. This standard does not apply to the retest analysis of impurity elements (such as hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen) whose content changes due to reprocessing by the purchaser.
