This standard specifies the method for evaluating the sealing quality of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxide film after its mass loss after being etched in phosphorus-chromic acid solution. This standard specifies the arbitration method for evaluating the sealing quality of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films. This standard applies to the anodic oxide film exposed to the atmosphere, which plays a protective role in corrosive media and focuses on anti-pollution. This standard does not apply to the anodic oxide film treated by the following processes: a. Hard anodic oxide film that is usually not sealed; b. Anodic oxide film that is only sealed in dichromate solution; c. Hydrophobic treated anodized film. This method is a destructive test.
